In simple terms we have a document we sign off on with your facilities manager that states exactly what is & is not good landscape maintenance, therefor in the event of any problem we can refer to the document & solve any dispute over standards. Of course this is not intended to ever be needed but for your records & standards it’s vital to have a written agreed standard.
